Drug Screening

Urine Specimen Testing

  • Available in up to 5 to 12 different panels
  • Rapid Results or Lab Based

Urine drug testing is one of the most popular methods of identifying recent drug use. This method can detect the presence of drugs in urine typically for up to 3-4 days after the drug has entered a person’s system. This varies for Marijuana use depending on amount and frequency of use.

The big advantage to urine drug testing is that you have the ability to test for many drugs at one time.

Urine tests can detect the following drugs:

  • Cocaine (COC)
  • Marijuana (THC)
  • Opiates (OPI)
  • Oxycodone
  • Methamphetamine (mAMP)
  • Amphetamines (AMP)
  • Phencyclidine (PCP)
  • Benzodiazepines (BZO)
  • Barbiturates (BAR)
  • Methadone (MTD)
  • Tricyclic Antidepressants (TCA)
  • Propoxyphene

Hair Follicle Testing

Hair Follicle Drug Testing is one of the most trusted methods of drug detection today and is used by law enforcement officials, employers and parents alike.

Hair drug test analysis can provide a drug history over a 90-day period. Using a small sample of hair cut at the scalp, hair analysis evaluates the amount of drug metabolites embedded inside the hair shaft.

Hair tests can detect the following drugs:

  • Marijuana (THC)
  • Amphetamines (AMP, mAMP, MDMA & Ecstasy)
  • Cocaine (COC)
  • Oxycodone
  • Opiates (Codeine, Morphine & Heroin Metabolite)
  • Phencyclidine (PCP)
  • Expanded Opiates Testing Available

Saliva (Oral) Testing

Saliva (oral fluids) drug testing is a clean and easy drug screening technique. This method provides fast, accurate results and can detect up to 6 drugs instantly. It is often the preferred method of screening in the workplace and home as it is non-evasive.

Since drugs and drug metabolites (residues) do not remain in oral fluids as long as they do in urine, this method works best in determining current use and impairment. The detection period in saliva is typically up to 3 days however, Marijuana is only detected within a 12-hour period.

Saliva tests can detect the following drugs:

  • Cocaine (COC)
  • Marijuana (THC)
  • Opiates/Heroin (OPI)
  • Amphetamine (AMP)
  • Methamphetamine (mAMP)
  • Phencyclidine (PCP)
  • Benzodiazepines (BZO)

Fingernail Drug Testing

Highly stable, simple to collect, and easy to ship and store, fingernails provide a test sample that is at the cutting edge of drug and alcohol testing. Fingernails are made up of keratin, the same material that hair is made of. As the nail grows, substances can pass from the blood vessels below the nail into the keratin fibers where they become trapped. Fingernails are four times thicker than the typical strand of hair and often capture more of a substance than hair can. Biomarkers become locked in keratin fibers along the entire length of the nail, and can be detected up to 3-6 months after drug or alcohol abuse. Environmental exposure to illicit substances can be detected immediately in nail samples.
